ENL GOLD PROJECT

Pioneering a New Era in Responsible Mining Located in the heart of Ilesha, Osun State, the ENL Gold Project stands as a symbol of innovation, precision, and sustainability in Nigeria’s mining landscape. With seven cadastral licenses strategically distributed across diverse geological zones, we are redefining what it means to mine responsibly — balancing economic growth with environmental stewardship and community development.   At ENL, excellence is more than an aspiration; it’s embedded in our processes. Our state-of-the-art Core Shack Facility transforms geological exploration into a science of precision. Through advanced core analysis, we unravel the intricate details of mineral composition and structural integrity, generating insights that guide strategic decisions — from pinpointing resource-rich zones to refining extraction techniques for maximum yield and minimal impact. Every core sample tells a story — of potential, resilience, and innovation.
At ENL Gold Project, we don’t just extract value from the earth; we uncover the possibilities that shape the future of sustainable mining in Africa.   At the ENL GOLD PROJECT, we take core analysis to the next level.
Our cutting-edge core shark facility allows us to dissect and scrutinize geological cores with unparalleled precision.
From mineral composition to structural integrity, our experts extract valuable insights that drive informed decision-making. Whether it’s identifying resource-rich zones or optimizing extraction methods, our core analysis is the bedrock of our success.
OUR STORY

At ENL Gold Project, our journey is guided by a pioneering vision — to unlock Africa’s immense mineral potential and establish a legacy of excellence in responsible, world-class mining.

Our story began with the acquisition of an exploration license spanning 20.1 square kilometers within the renowned Ilesha Schist Belt of southwestern Nigeria. This geologically significant region lies within the Crystalline Basement Complex, characterized by north-south trending Upper Proterozoic meta-sedimentary and meta-volcanic belts that parallel the boundary between the West African Craton and the Pan-African Province. Structurally divided by the Iwaraja and Ifewara fault zones, this belt represents one of West Africa’s most prospective terrains for gold mineralization — and a cornerstone of our exploration strategy.

Geology of the Tenement Area

Our project is located in northwestern Ilesha, Osun State, where the landscape features a mix of rolling hills and river valleys. Elevations range from 334 to 397 meters, with the highest points toward the southwest. The tenement area, situated at Ibokun West in the Ereja Local Government Area, lies approximately 15.5 km northwest of Segilola Resources Operating Ltd, a subsidiary of Thor Explorations Ltd.

The region’s geology is marked by hydrothermally altered gneiss rocks with gold-bearing quartz veins, underlain by amphibolite, amphibole schists, talc schists, gneisses, and pegmatites. These formations display a moderately open fold style trending along a north-south axis — conditions that make the area highly favorable for gold mineralization.

Exploration and Findings

From the outset, our team of Exploration Geologists and Geochemists has conducted detailed groundwork to assess the area’s potential. Preliminary exploration, including sampling and testing by Actlabs in Ontario, Canada (NI 43-101 standard), has confirmed high-grade gold mineralization across multiple cadastral zones.

While artisanal miners have long targeted alluvial gold in the region, ENL Gold Project remains focused on primary deposits — systematically exploring and developing the schist-hosted formations that hold long-term economic value.

With exploration results showing strong promise, we are now transitioning into full-scale mining operations. Site clearing, overburden removal, access road construction, and deployment of heavy machinery — including bulldozers, excavators, and graders — have all been completed to prepare for production.

Our next milestones include establishing technical partnerships, expanding our fleet with state-of-the-art mineral processing equipment, and building a world-class gold testing and processing facility staffed by leading experts.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

At the core of our operations lies a deep commitment to sustainable mining practices, ensuring that growth aligns with environmental protection and community development. We prioritize ethical operations, safety, and stewardship — creating shared value for our employees, host communities, and stakeholders.

Health & Safety

At ENL Gold Project, the health, safety, and well-being of our people and communities are paramount. We uphold the highest industry standards through regular safety training, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and strict adherence to operational guidelines.

Our Annual Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) validate compliance with environmental regulations, reinforcing our dedication to responsible mining.

Our Safety Measures Include:

Training & Drills: Regular sessions ensure readiness for potential hazards.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Every worker is equipped with certified gear.

Safety Audits: Frequent inspections proactively address risks.

Health Monitoring: Routine check-ups and medical support maintain workforce wellness.

Community Engagement

We view our host communities as partners in progress. Through public health initiatives, educational programs, and infrastructure development, we are contributing to lasting social and economic impact.

We maintain open communication channels with local leaders and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, trust, and collaboration.

At ENL Gold Project, our mission goes beyond discovering gold — it’s about building a sustainable legacy of innovation, integrity, and shared prosperity.
Together, we are unlocking Africa’s mineral wealth — because the goal is gold, but our vision is greater.
